1. SELECT A SHAPE
There are many styles available for you to select:
traditional seamless 5 panel, standard 6 panels (curved peak, flat peak), running style, and most popular military style.

2. SELECT STRUCTURED OR UNSTRUCTURED
For a more tailored look, choose a structured cap with the front panels laminated. A contemporary more relaxed look calls for an unstructured style.

3. SELECT FABRIC & COLOUR
Select from a broad variety of fabric types and colors. Many other fabrics and colors are available for special applications. We are establishing standard colors for the most frequently used fabric, such as 108x58 cotton twill, 108x56 cotton twill, 116x46 brushed cotton twill with spandex, wool blend etc.

4. SELECT A VISOR
Pick from the following visor options:
-The most popular option is the standard precurved visor. For an added splash of color to complement your embroidered design, select a rolled undervisor or the popular sandwich visor.
-You can also select a flat visor on an Urban style cap.-Or our foldable peak.

5. SEWN OR METAL EYELETS
Choose either sewn or metal eyelets, or no eyelets at all. Choose eyelets in all 6 panels, the back 4 panels, or eyelets on each side panel.

6. SELECT A BACKSTRAP
The standard plastic snap backstrap is available in color to match most fabrics, especially on trucker’s cap.
-The self fabric cloth backstrap provides a fashionable look.
-leather is always a popular option, and -the self fabric velcro backstrap provides comfort with the added option of being embroiderable.

7. ADD YOUR EMBELLISHMENT
To make your creation truly your own, select either custom embroidery, a screenprint or a combination of both. Full embroidery digitizing, art and design capabilities allow you to achieve just the look you want.
